3. Many sellers attempt to market what is their largest investment, their home, without the assistance of a realtor thinking they are saving some money when in many instances they are not. Trusting the largest investment you have into capable hands is a wise choice.

2. What is the means of advertising used and how frequestly will it be advertised? Will it be on the Internet?

4. Based on the current market at time of listing what time frame will my home sell in?
5. After viewing my home what key things do you see that I may need to do before placing it on the market?
6. What am I to expect on showing arrangements?
7. Once an offer is written and it is presented to us are you able to tell us within a few hundred dollars what we will net?
8. In your market area what do you consider to be the most effective means of exposing my property to prospective buyers?
9. What are the top three things that you think I should do to my home to make it more appealing, or gain buyers confidence in my home when it is shown?
10. Will you give me few back from prospective buyers when my home is shown?

Important Considerations When Buying a Home
1. Select a realtor that is both willing and anxious to present you with facts about himself and his company.
2. Be sure of what you are wanting in a home so the realtor of your choice does not waste yours and his time.
3. Communicate with the realtor on the homes shown and on the service he is providing ... good communications is of extreme importance.
4. Ask your realtor if there was a market analysis done on the property prior to the listing.
5. In the area you are looking for a home, ask your realtor what is the approximate annual rate property values are increasing.
6. Make sure your realtor is aware of the time frame you have to locate a home ... this will in many cases remove a great deal of stress.
7 Make sure when buying a property that you let the realtor know what you expect from him. If he is one who wants to excel in service, he will be willing to come early, stay late, and work hard.
